LCRA will not draw down pass-through lakes in 2012

LCRA will not lower any of the pass-through lakes in 2012 due to the drought. In typical conditions, LCRA would consider drawing down the lakes to help control nuisance plants and to allow lakeside residents to do work on shoreline structures. The pass-through lakes include Austin, Marble Falls, LBJ and Inks.
