Homework policy
Homework is given as an extension of lessons learned in the class.  It allows the student to practice what they have learned.
It is expected that students will adhere to the due dates given for homework and projects. Late homeworks and projects will
effect the students grade. Please feel free to contact me if your  student is struggling with the homework or project.
                                                                               AAbout About the Teacher

I have been a teacher for 26 years,  22 at the Center School. I have a B.A . Teacher of the Handicapped certificate from Kean University and a M.A. from the College of St. Elizabeth focusing on Transitioning from school
to post-secondary activities.  I believe school should be a place where we prepare our students to make a life, as well as prepare them to make a living. It should be an extension of home and the community. I am committed to creating a program that is challenging as well as nurturing and supports the growth and development of all my students.

As a parent of 4 children and an educator, I often ask the question, "Would this be acceptable for my own children?
