The opening ceremony will be held on March 10, 18:00 hrs, and the ceremony program is posted here.

The closing ceremony will be held on March 11, 12:00 noon, and the ceremony program is posted here.

The team manager meeting will be held Thursday, March 8 at 14:00 hrs at a venue to be announced.

Note this a change from the time previously announced for this meeting.

A maximum of two people per team will be allowed at the team manager's meeting, due to the large crowd and limited seating.

The TVAA committee decided today (Jan 12, 2012 5 pm) to ask all foreign teams and particpants to pay the entry fee in cash at the venue according to the following rates:

first event 400 baht or USD$ 14
event 2 - 4 each 200 baht or USD$7
relay team 1,000 baht or USD$35

Please note this is a change in policy and bank draft or bank transfers are no longer the policy as of this announcement.

1. A entry fee must be paid for each entry. The entry fee is nonrefundable, whether the athlete comes or not.

2. Travel and lodging for each team is the team manager's responsibility.

1. Race walking will be held in another stadium not yet been decided.
2. It is confirmed that, for this particular meet, the calculation of each athlete's age will be based on year of birth NOT date of birth.

Hatyai town, the bustling provincial capital of Songkla province, will be the location of the meet. Hatyai has an international airport. The stadium has now been selected, it will be the Jiranakorn Stadium in Hatyai. More information will be available shortly.
