Layer,  new raster layer,  floodfill with color #6c2436,  open mask Hearts_05.jpg,  layers,  new mask layer,  from image,  invert mask data checked,  apply mask,   layers,  merge,  merge group,  resize 95%

Open element FM-Sweet-Romance-Element-27.png,  resize 70%,  edit copy,  past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used  1/-1/60/6,  black

With your magic wand,  click inside your frame , selections,  modify,  expand 15

Layers,  new raster layer,  open paper FM-SweetRomance-Paper22.png,  resize 70%,  edit , copy,   past into selection,  selection none,  layers,  arrange,  move down

Open element FM-Sweet-Romance-Element-11.png,  resize 30%,  adjust,  sharpeness,  sharpen,  edit copy,  past as new layer,  place on top in the top right,  add a drop shadow I used, 1/-1/60/6,  black

Open element FM-Sweet-Romance-Element-57.png,  resize 30%,  adjust,  sharpeness,  sharpen,  edit, copy,  past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used  1/-1/60/6,  black,  place on top in the top left, duplicate 2 more times to obtain 3 layers,   put your liking

Open tube FM-Sweetie-5.png,  resize 55%,  adjust,  sharpness,  sharpen, edit, copy,  past as new layer, move this layer so it's positioned under  the frame layers,  add a drop shadow I used,  1/-1/60/6,  black,  layers,  duplicate,  layers,  arrange,  bring to top,  with erase toll,  delete the parts of the tube going beyond the frame  ( See my tag for reference )

Open font Valentine, write your name or a phrase, add a drop shadow I used, 1/-1/60/6, black

Add your watermark information, copyright tube and scrap

Now let's do the animation

Layers,  merge,  merge visible,  edit copy

Open Animation Shop,  edit,  paste,  as new animation

Open  !cid_042401c7bfe9$2cee7a20$020ba8c0@Lietome.gif

Duplicate layer merged,  to obtain 4 frames,  edit,  select all,  also select all the 4 frames of gif,  apply the gif on the jewel  ( earrings )  tube,  and flowers of the frame

Save as gif
