Open a new 600x600 transparent image and floodfill white

 

Layer,  new raster layer,  flood fill with a color #003e00,  open mask,  layer,  new mask layer,  from image,  source window,  deviantdesigner Mask5,  layers,  merge,  merge group,  resize 95%

Open element FM-St.Patty-Element-77.png,  resize 80%,  edit,  copy, edit,  past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used  1/-1/60/6,  black

 

Open marlenewordartstpatric.png,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past as new layer

 

Open element FM-St.Patty-Element-44.png,  resize 40%,  edit,  copy,  edit,   past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used   1/-1/60/6,  black,  move to the lower right corner

Open element FM-St.Patty-Element-4.png,  resize 35%,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used  1/-1/60/6,  black,  move to the lower right corner,  under the element 44

Open tube,  resize 58%,  edit,  copy,  edit past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used  1/-1/60/6, black,  move under the frame,  layer duplicate,  layer,  arrange, bring to top,  with the eraser tool erase the bottom of the tube going beyond the frame

Open element FM-St.Patty-Element-57.png,  resize 40%,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used  1/-1/60/6,  black,  move to the lower left corner

 

With a font of your choice, write your name ,  add a drop shadow I used,  1/-1/60/6,  black,  image,  free rotate 45,  right

 

Add your watermark information,  copyright tube

 

Delete Raster 1 layer (background white)

 

Save as PNG and your done
