 Open a new 600x600 transparent image and floodfill white

 

Open element FM-Spring-Love-Element-73.png, resize 70%, edit, copy, past as new layer, move a little to the upper left corner, layer, duplicate, image mirror, layer, merge, merge down, layer duplicate, image flip

 

Open element FM-Spring-Love-Element-58.png, resize 68%, edit, copy, past as new layer, add a drop shadow I used -2/2/40/4, black, repeat drop shadow but change  2/-2/40/4, black

 

With your magic wand, click inside your frame, selections, modify, expand 8, open FM-Spring-Love-Paper-4.png, resize 78%, edit, copy, layer, new raster layer, edit, past into selection, layer, arrange, move down, selection none

 

Open tube, resize 80%, edit, copy, past as new layer, add a drop shadow I used -2/2/40/4, black, repeat drop shadow but change  2/-2/40/4, black

 

Open element FM-Spring-Love-Element-38.png, resize 60%, edit copy, past as new layer, move to lower left corner,add a drop shadow I used -2/2/40/4, black, repeat drop shadow but change              2/-2/40/4, black,  duplicate them 2 times and then arrange them to your liking ( see my tag for reference )

 

Open element FM-Spring-Love-Element-20.png, resize 30%, edit copy, past as new layer, place on the right side in the frame,add a drop shadow I used -2/2/40/4, black, repeat drop shadow but change    2/-2/40/4, black,layer, duplicate, image, mirror

 

Open element FM-Spring-Love-Element-23.png, resize 30%, edit copy, past as new layer, place on the right side, add a drop shadow I used -2/2/40/4, black, repeat drop shadow but change  2/-2/40/4, black, layer, duplicate, image, mirror ( see my tag for reference )

 

With a font of your choice, write your name or a phrase, add a drop shadow I used -2/2/40/4, black

 

Add your watermark information, copyright tube

 

Delete Raster 1 layer (background white)

 

Save as PNG and your done
