Open a new 600x600 transparent image and floodfill white

 

Layer,  new raster layer,  floodfill with color #a6c0e0,  open mask,  layer, new mask layer,  from image, source window, WSL_Mask302,  layers,  merge,  merge group

 

Open FM-PoP-Element-40.png, resize 68%,  edit copy,  past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used,  5/-5/50/5,  black

 

With your magic wand,  click inside your frame,  selections,  modify,  expand 20

 

Layers,  new raster layer,  open paper FM-PoP-Paper-21.png,  resize 68%,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past into selection,  layers,  arrange,  move down,  selection none

 

Open FM-PoP-Element-52.png,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past as new layer,  put on top of layer mask,  layers, duplicate,  image,  mirror,  image,  flip

 

Open FM-PoP-Element-43.png,  resize 68%,  edit,  copy,  edit,   past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used,  5/-5/50/5,  black,  place this at the top of your frame

Open FM-PoP-Element-55.png,  resize 28%,  edit copy,  edit,  past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used,  5/-5/50/5,  black,  place at the ends of the element 43,  layers,  duplicate,  image mirror

 

Open tube,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used,  5/-5/50/5,  black

 

Open FM-PoP-Element-16.png,  resize 19%,  edit copy,  edit,  past as new layer,  add a drop shadow I used,  5/-5/50/5,  black,  layers,  duplicate,  put element within a frame

Open font comesinhandy, write your name or a phrase,  add a drop shadow I used,  2/-2/50/5, black

 

Add your copy or watermark information, copyright tube and scrap

 

Delete Raster 1 layer (background white)

 

Save as PNG and your done
