Plugin Eye Candy 4000

 

 

 

Open template Yvette_EOC_Template65,  duplicate it and close the original,  delete the copyright layer

 

Select the background,  layer,  new raster layer,  flood fill with a color #3599ee,  open up your mask, layers,  new mask layer from image,  source windows deviantdesigner mask 5.jpg,  layers,  merge group

 

Select the layer Wordart,  selections,  select all,  float,  defloat,  flood fill with a color black,  selections, select none

 

Select the layer circle,  selections,  select all,  float,  defloat,  layers,  new raster layer,  open paper FM-MaL-Paper-4.png,  resize 78%,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past into selection,  selections,  select none,  delete layer circle,  apply a drop shadow  2/-2/50/5, black,  repeat -2/2/50/5,  black

 

Select the layer rectangle,  selections,  select all,  float,  defloat,  layers,  new raster layer,  open paper FM-MaL-Paper-6.png,  resize 78%,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past into selection,  selections,  select none, delete layer rectangle,  apply a drop shadow  2/-2/50/5,  black,  repeat  -2/2/50/5,  black

 

Select the layer dotted rectangle,  select all,  float,  defloat,  flood fill with a color black,  selections, select none

 

Select the layer star,  selections,  select all,  float,  defloat,  layers,  new raster layer,  open paper FM-MaL-Paper-20.png,  resize 78%,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past into selection,  selections,  select none,  delete layer star,  apply a drop shadow  2/-2/50/5, black,  repeat -2/2/50/5,  black

 

Open tube,  resize 80%,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past as new layer,  apply a drop shadow valores  2/-2/50/5, black

 

Open element FM-MaL-Element-3.png,  resize 40%,  edit,  copy, edit,  past as new layer, apply a drop shadow  2/-2/50/5,  black,  put in the top right of the template  ( see my tag for reference )

 

Open element FM-MaL-Element-17.png,  resize 40%,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past as new layer,  apply a drop shadow  2/-2/50/5,  black,  place in the top right of the template on top of element 3                              ( see my tag for reference )

 

Open element FM-MaL-Element-43.png,  resize 40%,  edit,  copy,  edit,  past as new layer,  apply a drop shadow  2/-2/50/5,  black,  put in the bottom left of the template  ( see my tag for reference )

 

With a font of your choice,  write your name,  or music lights,  apply a drop shadow  2/-2/50/5,  black, put in your tag  ( see my tag for reference )

 

Add your watermark information,  copyright tube

Now let's do the animation

 

Duplicate layer dotted rectangle,  the copy of  layer apply the plugins   eye candy4000,  efect gradient glow,  color #f80e96,  glow widht 3,00

 

Close the layer with the effect of the plugin,  layers,  merge visible,  edit copy

 

Open Animation Shop,  edit,  past as new animation

 

Back to Psp,  edit,  undo merge visible,  open the layer with the effect of the plugin,  layers,  merge visible,  edit copy

 

Back to Animation Shop,  edit,  past after current frame

 

Edit,  select all,  animation,  frame propertiers, 30

 

File save as  gif
