 Open a new 600x600 transparent image and floodfill white

New raster layer, floodfill with color  #472988,  open mask image Becky_Mask022,  layer,  new mask layer,  from image,  and apply the mask, layers,  merge,  merge group

Open element FM-Mardi-Gras-Element-51.png,  resize 85%,  edit copy,  edit past as new layer,  put on the mask ,  layer duplicate,  image mirror

Open element FM-Mardi-Gras-Element-33.png,  resize 80%,  edit copy,  past as new layer,  add a drop shadow,  I used   2/-2/60/6,  black,   repeat the drop shadow changing  -2/2/60/6  black

With your magic wand, click inside your frame , selections modify,  expand 12,  open paper 5,  edit copy,  new raster layer,  past into selection,  selection none,  move below frame layer

Open element FM-Mardi-Gras-Element-17.png,  resize 45%,  edit copy,  past as new layer,  image flip, move down,  add a drop shadow I used  -2/2/60/6,  black

Open element FM-Mardi-Gras-Element-20.png,  resize 30%,  edit copy,  past as new layer,  image free  rotate 20% left,  adjust sharpeness,  sharpen,  move down to the left,  add a drop shadow ,   I used  -2/2/60/6,  black

Open FM-Mardi-Gras-Element-52.png,  resize 35%,  edit copy,  past as new layer,  place on top in the top right,  add a drop shadow I used  -2/2/60/6,  black

Open element FM-Mardi-Gras-Element-76.p,  resize 75%,  edit copy,  past as new layer,  image mirror, move into place under button element FM-Mardi-Gras-Element-52.png,  add a drop shadow , I used        -2/2/60/6,  black

Open tube 2157-luzcristina.pspimage,  resize 72%,  edit copy,  past as new layer, add a drop shadow,  I used  -2/2/60/6,  black

With a font of your choice, write Mardi Gras or your name ,  add a drop shadow,  I used -2/2/60/6, black

Add your watermark information,  copyright tube and scrap

Delete Raster 1 layer (background white)

Save as PNG and your done
