Main website: www.turkucc.com Club forum: www.turkucc.com/phpBB3  Turku Cricket Club (TCC) aka Turku Tigers, was founded in the 1990s by a small group of ex-pats living in the Turku area of south west Finland. Back in those early days the sport of Cricket in Finland was extremely new and relatively unheard of. And it was not an uncommon sight to see many of the fielding team with a half drunk tin of beer discretely placed on the ground beside them. However, the sport has moved on since then (at least a lttle) and to date (2009) Finland now boasts two leagues with 13 teams. In addition to the 11-a-side leagues are two T20 (seven man team) leagues and an indoor league. There is also a ladies team. More info can be found on the FCA website.
