Are you trying to figure out if Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training Program is worth the time and money?

...Well, don't worry my friend. Read this story of what a 32 year old mom has to say about the Turbulence Training program.

"I have three kids and a very low self confidence when it comes to attending functions and parties because I for one am concerned about my looks. I don't want to embarrass my self or my kids in front of the society.

I wanted to take control of my life even with a very busy lifestyle. I have been at the gym for over 3 years and I was able to lose only 15 pounds even with such a strict diet and 2 hours of workout every single day.

I loved the new diet rule because I got to eat more often and I was able to cheat as well, as long as I maintained the system 90% of the time.

The workout was only for 8 weeks, and the results were interesting. I went from 29 % body fat to 20.3% even with so much cheating with the diet and all - Waist 42" to 34"!


Unfortunately, that was it! 8 weeks of the Turbulence Training for women workout, and nowhere to go now. Craig says not to repeat the workout because the body has already got used to it... so now it's time for variation.


...I emailed Craig about this problem and he explained to me that the workouts in the MAIN Turbulence Training manual will not bulk me up, so it was safe to go on.

Even with the skepticism I decided to go for it. The workouts were a little more intense but I definitely felt good after working out.

Another 8 weeks gone in the main Turbulence Training manual, and workouts still left to complete, I am finally at 28" on my waist with a 17.6% body fat.


Yes the results have slowed down because all the easy fat was gone and now I was getting rid of the stubborn fat and "NO!" I haven't bulked up!

...I am more defined and toned than I was even when I was a teenager. I am not saying to brag but I am very happy with the results and enjoyed all the support that Craig provided in all this time.

I can finally go to parties without feeling ashamed of showing my new me, and I don't get tired of hearing so many compliments about my looks too ;) (I even heard somebody say, "Now that's what you call a "HOT" mom!". I was not offended at all..)

I am going to continue with the Turbulence Training workouts and if you are looking for short intense workouts that you think you can go for, then I suggest you should definitely try this for 60 days before coming to any conclusions.
