I can say this:
Once you do understand it, it turns out to be extremely simple.

Here you can read a description of a new AI learning system that is capable to learn everything a man can learn if the system is provided with the same amount of start knowledge. There is also a little demonstration program with source code available.

The advantages of this system compared to other AI systems:
- Neural networks: This system doesn't need any training data, only experience. It's a lot more flexible and it's easy to find (extract) the learned knowledge.
- Fuzzy logic: This system is just as powerful but is capable to construct knowledge by it self.
- Genetic Algorithm: This system is just as flexible but learns a lot faster.
- Other AI architectures: When used as an addition to other architectures this system can give more flexible learning power. It is extremely useful when a program needs to produce it's own knowledge because programming it would take to much time.
