Welcome! Thank you for your interest in the Tri-State Branch of the International Taoist Tai Chi Society, the largest nonprofit Tai Chi organization in the world, founded by Master Moy Lin-shin in 1970. Are you interested in achieving the health benefits of Taoist Tai Chi? You start to feel them almost immediately. Drop in on any of our Beginners or Continuing Classes at any time. Or come to one of our Open Houses on the last Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m. We teach regular weekly classes in Chelsea and Washington Heights (Manhattan)Astoria (Queens)Park Slope (Brooklyn), East Haddam and Guilford (Connecticut), and Nutley and Pottersville (New Jersey). Join us for a special Open House in Brooklyn on June 1st!

In April we will resume our outdoor classes. Join us Sunday mornings at 11 a.m. in Socrates Sculpture Garden in Astoria, Queens, and Mondays at Noon on the High Line in Chelsea, Manahttan. 

In a hurry to learn and start feeling better? We also offer accelerated beginners classes periodically throughout the year.
