大多數人活得並不快樂,也一直得不到滿足,這是因為沒有運用時間來休息,大家以為睡覺就是休息,當然也算是啦,但並不夠。因為睡覺時是沒有意識的,就像往生了一樣。然而打坐時,我們的意識是清醒的:我們察覺到自己偉大的本質,知道自己與宇宙的最高力量在溝通,明白自己是最高力量的一部分,瞭解自己與最高力量是相連的。(在喜悅與智慧之泉源中休養生息)

人生三大本能慾望: 『食 "攝" 性』也- Luckily: only the last (3rd) one need a partner (to do together:).
(1) 食 - as before (go.htm), which ~everybody does each day.
(2) "攝" ~『"攝"入(:retreat) 』。Usually, hinted as "sleep"...
Regular people needs about 8 hours sleep(all senses "retreat"), where the sleeper's "passive".
Humans can practice a special way (to rest) better than it - ie. Meditation, whensoever You're "active" !

After 4seasons' absence from "Group Meditation", one of 7+ backed to rejoin late Spring.
Via this going, he happened to know most QY_classmates
meditate oftener since the more & more serious Global crisis.
- ie. For the sake of help saving Earth, 5 days each week they join
together & some nights w/ 7 hours overnight meditation !
Years ago, similar joins still permit "sleep several hours", now "no way".
He noticed the eldest one's 80 years old & 2 teens besides him seated all night long.
However, supposed youths(*) need longer "sleep" that they immediately lie down after 7 hours're over.:)
(*)就像從小嗜睡的亞當,年輕時即使面臨大考(ex:聯考上NTU那年...),仍然如同往昔:常常眠至《日上三竿》哪!

(3) 性 - How lucky: Just as Buddha ever married, SMCH also ever entered it this life.
