 Thank you for your interest to find out who is behind the scenes at True Hope Ranch.... True Hope Ranch & Training was founded by Michelle 'Chely' Delaplain in 1998. It began as a dream, a VISION. Now it is the first stage of becoming my life. My Vision of True Hope Ranch..... True Hope Ranch - Phase 1 -CURRENTLY RELOCATING ***. I would like to put together a program so that low income families that have horse loving kids have somewhere to bring them. I am looking forward to working with the various kids that need this type of outlet as I know how much horses helped me through the tuff times in my adolescent life. I would love to give that opportunity to other children that have been through a hard time. Phase 1 is about getting our name and what we do out there in the world. I have spoken to several of the Central Oregon Horse Rescues and once all the fences and corrals are up we will be taking in Foster Horses from their overflow. In the Final Phase of True Hope Ranch the vision is to have acquired a property of several hundred acres to start an At-Risk Girls Ranch on 1/3 of the property and a Mustang / Rescue Horse Sanctuary on the remaining acreage. With a portion set aside for providing our own hay. I would like to extend my gratitude to all of you that visit our website to see who we are and what our vision is.
