 Chartered in 1982 by Transfiguration Catholic Church of Marietta, Georgia, Troop 75 of the Boy Scouts of America welcomes boys and families of all faiths and expressions.
We invite you to join us as we celebrate 26 exciting years of Scouting here at Transfiguration! Our enthusiastic and dedicated Troop has been recognized as both a Boy Scout National Quality Unit, and is an active member of the Foothills District Honor Role.
The mission of Troop 75 has always been, and will continue to be to provide a fun, exciting and educational experience for all boys, working within the proven framework and guidelines of the Boy Scouts of America.
Troop 75 strives to offer every boy the opportunity for growth and personal development as young men, while learning leadership and other practical and valuable skills that will serve them well in their adult lives.
Our Troop is organized into Patrols of 6 to 8 boys who are empowered to work together as a cohesive unit. Each Patrol elects it's own Patrol Leader who, along with other Patrol and elected Leaders in the Troop, serves on the Patrol Leaders Council, the boy lead governing body that effectively runs Troop 75. Every six months the boys are called upon to place names in nomination, then vote to elect a new Senior Patrol Leader to lead the Troop with assistance from the Scoutmaster.
Troop 75 has the resources available to help your son advance to the highest rank in Scouting, Eagle. Our Troop is proud to have assisted the advancement of many of our Scouts to the rank of Eagle Scout, and we encourage our Scouts to do the same.

Transfiguration Catholic Church is located at 1815 Blackwell Road in Marietta, Georgia. Troop 75 meetings are typically scheduled every Monday evening from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Youth Meeting Room located off Bishop Hall. We hope to see you there!
