Camp Old Indian has four programs to choose from. Before filling out the registration form, please consult the programs descriptions under the Programs tab to the left. Then return to this page to continue registering. The Camp Registration Form has information for both Scouts and Adults. If you are participating in the Merit Badge Program, please sign up on the Merit Badge Program page as well as fill out this form. The ATE and Rangers Programs have additional forms located with the program's descriptions under the Programs Descriptions tab. Don't forget to also fill out the Troop Permission Slip, the Medical form (notarized) and the lock combination form under the Required Forms tab. |
