  1. Professional and up-to-date information
  2. Dynamic content (changing often)
  3. Shared authorship
  4. Separation of content and design
  5. Multimedia content (Examples: Celebrate Oklahoma Voices)
  6. We are using Wordpress as our content management system (lessons available)
Content Decisions to Make
  1. Pages / relatively static content from old website to copy over
  2. New Pages to create
Design Decisions to Make
  1. Wordpress theme / style to use (many free themes available)
    1. Number columns
    2. Color Scheme
  2. Logo(s)
Photo Gallery Options and Procedures
  1. Flickr Group for our troop
  2. Example: Scout Pioneering
Processes for Updating Content
  1. Goal: At least 1 article with at least 1 photo from every event
  2. Setup assigned event "web scribes" for each event?
  3. Create blog accounts as contributors
  4. Setup webform for article submission
