I am a counselor for the Personal Management merit badge.  I would like to schedule a meeting once a month for those scouts interested in pursuing this merit badge.  It IS required for Eagle.

I recommend that no scout  younger than 6th grade attempt this merit badge at this time, and really think they should be at least 7th grade currently.

Any scout who is interested, please let me know, and I'll prepare materials for you.  I DO NOT intend to follow what is on meritbadge.com, so please don't count on their worksheets.

I would like to meet with scouts at 6:20 p.m. on the first Monday of the month for March, April and May, so that's March 2, April 6 and May 4.  We will meet until troop meeting time.  During these meetings we'll complete some requirements and I'll help the scouts have a good direction for completing others over the summer.  One requirement is a 13-week committment, so the summer is a good time to attack it.
