Our annual Junior Leader Training & Campout outing is planned on 12/5(Sat) & 12/6 (Sun) at Russell Woods in Genoa, IL.
The training will be indoors but the sleeping will be in tents, so be prepared for winter camping. Outdoor activities &
the sledding hill are awaiting!! Please let Mr. Hadada know by Tuesday, December 1st, if you will be attending.

Please join us for a day-trip to the Bristol Shooting Range on November 7th. Please notify Mr. Celvi or Mr. Ciupka by Tuesday, October 27th, if you can attend. There is a mandatory pre-trip safety meeting on Wednesday, October 28th, 7:00pm at the Ciupka's. Complete details as well as the permission slip are included in the attachment. |

It's a lot of fun. This year they will have a live band and a special High School Hike at 9:30pm.

Troop 193 will be participating in the Northwest Suburan Council’s "Scouts in the Outfield", August 8-9, 2009. This is a joint outing between the NWSC and the Schaumburg Flyers. Schedule events include: Climbing Tower, Movie, Monkey Bridge, Leather Working, Team Building Skills, and Group Games. This weekend outing is in our backyards at Alexian Field wtih your chance to pitch a tent and spend the night in the outfield of our hometown Schaumburg Flyers. Final permission slips due by Tuesday, August 4th (see attachment). |

Congratulations to Tyler W. on recently being elected Senior Patrol Leader (SPL)! Senior Patrol Leader is the highest leadership position that a scout can attain, reporting to the Scoutmaster. We look forward to Tyler leading the troop for at minimum the remainder of the year. Runner up Alex Y. is Assistant Senior Patrol Leader (ASPL) & Tyler selected Jared F. as the troop's second ASPL. We also extend our most sincere thanks to our outgoing SPL Tommy P. for the fine service & leadership that he brought to the troop during his past 6 month reign. |
