 Once again it is time to prepare ourselves for summer camp.  We will be attending Camp Raven Knob again and the dates this year are July 8th - July14th.  The cost this year will be $275 per scout and $110 per adult leader.  

Please make payments to ASM Bill Reilly or ASM Robin Anderson at the meetings

If need be, you can mail a payment to me and I will get the check to Mr Reilly or Mrs Anderson.  My address is 108 Longboat Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117

The deposit will secure a scouts spot at summer camp, however if not paid in full by the May 28th then the $$ will be returned to the scouts account and the scouts name will have to be removed from the summer camp roster. If the fees for summer camp pose a financial burden for the scouts family then please talk to myself, Mr. Bill Reilly, Scoutmaster Bryant O'Tuel or 1st Assistant Scoutmaster Steve Greenberg.  We do not want a scout to miss out on this great opportunity and will do everything we can to help.

Attached is the guide from CRK (camp raven knob) and MB's are covered on pp14-24. If you are planning on attending summer camp please start looking at the manual to start formulating your MB request,  Remember to pick 1 or 2 alternates in case we run into a scheduling problem.  Below is a break down of payment schedules for camp (CRK has set up new deadlines).  Also attached is the updated BSA Medical form, the 3 page form must be filled out in its entirety. This means that forms given to me without insurance info filled in and copies of an attached insurance card AND immunization dates CANNOT be accepted.  Please remember that the BSA medical forms are due annually and are no longer good for 2 years per BSA National.
