BIO: Ryan has been competing in triathlons for 5 years now.  Originally it started out as a way to get back in shape, but quickly turned into a passion.  He completed his first Ironman at Coeur d' alene  in 2006.  This season  he will be making a push to qualify for the 2008 World Duathlon Championships in Belgium, as well as trying to place at the Vineman 70.3 race and qualify for the 70.3 World Championship in Clearwater, Florida.   He also plans on racing in several local races that have special meanings, including Athens and Rockwall.  These were his first two triathlons, "which really got me hooked on the sport."
