The Gibson's

St. Paul, Texas

Our journey into the world of the Painted Desert Sheep began in May 2006.  We started with eight ewes and two rams.  It has been a learning experience to say the least. These lively, friendly sheep have brought us many hours of enjoyment and we hope to continue to have many more. We are a very small farm so we keep our numbers low but great horns and loud color has been our goal from the start. We began with black/white rams and they both produced some amazing black/white lambs. But we decided we wanted more color in our flock so we added a new ram, and loud colors were abundant with him.  The ram pictured above is a result of that attempt and is now our herd sire.  He's one of our own lambs and we are rather proud of him.  He is tri-colored and has nice variegated horns. We hope he will give us some great multi-colored lambs in the future.

Being a small farm we don't always have alot for sale but keep checking our sale page for updates.  If you are interested in any just drop us an email.
