The Battlefield/Piedmont Regional TRIAD was founded in May, 2003 by the Orange County TRIAD. It consists of the counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Greene, Madison, Orange, Rappahannock, the City of Charlottesville, and the Towns of Orange and Gordonsville.
The mission of the Battlefield/Piedmont Regional TRIAD is to develop and implement policies, to coordinate programs for the purpose of reducing the criminal victimization of senior citizens, to address quality-of-life issues, and to enhance the delivery of law enforcement and resource provider services to senior Virginians.
