Aging Together is proud to be one of the partners bringing this innovative new resource to our area. One of only ten awards made nationally by the Administration on Aging, the Aging Together partnership brought together the partners involved in this new program supporting caregiving families.

The Mission of Aging Together
"Our vision for aging is that citizens living in Virginia’s Rappahannock Rapidan area - the counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock - retain their sense of place and community, serve and contribute to that community, and are assured of help when needed from family, friends, neighbors, and place of worship, as well as from helping organizations and a responsive government. All seniors are valued and are able to move smoothly through a continuum of care in a manner reflective of their individual needs and preferences."
