About the Club

History

Treaty Gaels is a Camogie Club serving the Southside of Limerick City in the areas covered by GAA clubs St Patrick's, Claughan, Old Christians and Ballinacurra Gaels.

It was founded in June 2008 following work by the Camogie Association Games Development Officer Deirdre Murphy in city schools.  Over 130 girls attended an initial Fun Day held at Old Christians GAA Club and since then more than 100 have registered as members of the new club.

In September 2011 the club won its first trophy when the Under-13s won the County 'C' final.

The Club trains generally on Monday evenings and details of times and locations are kept up-to-date on the calendar on our homepage.
