Transformation Trainings head 'fat loss expert' and Durham's leading personal trainer David Wilkinson is regarded by everyone that works with him as a leader in the field of fat loss and holistic health.
It starts with a 16 day trek to the base camp of Mount Everest and then run 26.2 miles at an altitude of 18.000ft, no small feat when you consider he was one of the youngest westerners to ever run that race.
My desire to get the most effective and quickest but safest results for my clients has always lead me to working with the best coaches in the world. This is a picture of me with Phil Richards, arguably one of the world’s greatest strength and conditioning coaches. He has worked with clients from professional athletes to the general public. After 1 week private internship with him and ongoing advanced supported learning covering optimal human nutrition for health and fat loss and learning the most advanced training methods, I now can support my clients to achieving life changing transformations in minimal time. I have also worked an internshiped with Dax Moy Europe's leading personal training coach in his own personal studio in London. My approach to health and weight loss is very holistic, I understand that one size does not fit all and I have adopted this statement so I give my clients the best results.
Our company mission - Transformation Training specialises in motivating and inspiring people to change their lifestyle and health for good.
