Transcriptomics Journal Club!


The aim of this journal club is to discuss recent papers that deal with transcriptomic data, RNA biology and how to use High-throughput sequencing technologies for their analysis. 

On friday, one of the journal club members presents an interesting paper dealing with transcriptomic data and its analysis. We then want to discuss this papers, understand the used methods, try to apply them to our work, or/and just philosophize about absolutely new approaches coming to our minds during the discussion.

Presentations are given Friday (timeline: Upcoming paper) at 1pm at University Leipzig, Haertelstr. 16-18 in room 109.
