 | I am a third year doctoral student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at George Mason University. I am orginally from Albuquerque, New Mexico and made my way to North Carolina to complete my undergraduate degree (B.S. in Psychology) at Davidson College.
My primary research interests include age diversity, communication in virtual teams, and multiteam systems. Currently, I'm working with Dr. Eden King and Dr. Stephen Zaccaro.
