Submission guidelines:

Manuscripts submitted in MS word file, that seem suitable for consideration are sent to two or more Experts, who reviews the article as original contribution of scholarly or policy significance. The article for publication should have adequate familiarity with relevant literature, data, procedures and design appropriate to objectives.
