Project Page

This site is where I will list my on-going projects and distribute information about them. Some of the projects available for download are:
3DfixLED - For use with GPS stabilized 10 MHz oscillator. Indicates 3D satellite lock.
3DfixLCD - For use with GPS stabilized 10 MHz oscillator but displays GPS data to a 2 line 16 character LCD.
3DfixColor - For use with GPS stabilized 10 MHz oscillator but displays GPS data to an organic LED 96x64 display.
DashSender - A simplified beacon keyer to send dashes and other symbols for use in microwave communications.
DB - Distance and Bearing. A 6 or 8 digit Maidenhead-only distance and bearing calculator.
DB for CMD prompt - A command prompt program to compute distance, bearing and reverse bearing.
ROAM - Analyzes a list of microwave sites as 2,4,6 or 8 digit Maidenhead (with left and right horizon definition) and produces as output a list of all possible combinations of contacts that are 'visible' to each other. The inputs and outputs are a text file. Possible command line options include /R (raw, no checking for valid path) and /D# to specify a maximum distance for a contact.
Before I get hammered on this point, ROAM DOES NOT take into account terrain. Sometime this winter, it will. For now it works well as a tool when you know there is a clear path between sites. For example, FN51as can 'see' IO92ER but I doubt a 10 GHz contact will happen (except for maybe moonbounce).
VERA- Meet VERA!
New England Microwave Sites - A list of possible microwave paths in New England created with ROAM.
