Here is the Basic Policy Overview for all customers of Toy Nut Imporium to the United States and the rest of the world. This page will cover shipping, payment grace periods and store credit. 2. Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS.
3. Payment Grace Period
All customers are given 2 weeks to pay for their purchases. Toy Nut Imporium loves your business! 2 weeks gives you time gather the funds for your purchases, or shop for more items, but please, pay for your items within 2 weeks after your agreement to purchase them.5. Abandoned Shopping Carts
4. Returns
All sales are final! No returns are accepted.
5. Store Credit on Faulty/Flawed Items
If you feel you have received an item that does not live up to the standards of what was listed, Toy Nut Imporium can grant you store credit for the item at hand at the sellers discretion, of store credit qualification and or the amount of credit granted. However, there must be legitimate proof of the items flawed characteristics of design contrary to its original online description. Proof can be sent to toy_nut_imporium@netzero.net with pictures and a detailed summary of the flawed characteristics. Shipping for the faulty or flawed item is not refundable nor applied to store credit. If the item is damaged lost without being insured, the item is non-refundable by any means. Please read store policies below for information on how to inusre your items.
