The Evil S 510 Food Safety Bill and an alternate action plan

While the S 510 Food Safety Bill was a good idea,
some of the language in this bill is very bad and
needs to be taken out.

But I do have a few things to add to what the
former FDAsafety inspector had to say.


According to a Senate Report, the entire FDA is
in need of a complete overhaul. The FDA is not
in any shape to over see anything, right now.
The main problem with "food safety" has been
the lack of enforcement of existing regulations.
Just as the BP Gulf oil disaster was.
