This is a memorandum and Draft of the Goals and Objectives for the Town's Plan, submitted to the Town for review. This was discussed at the Sept. 10, 2008 Plan Commission meeting, and revisions were recommended. The updated version is available below.
This is a VERY large file that includes a number of photographs of different housing styles, which the Planning Team will use to generate discussion at the Housing Focus Group meeting.
