Registration

LATE REGISTRATION

  • Tuesday, May 26th from 4 - 6:45 pm
  • Late Fee - there is a late fee of $25.00.
  • Last Day - this is the last day to register for TST; no registrations will be accepted after Tuesday, May 26th.

    2. Calendar for volunteering and checks for payment (we do not accept credit cards for swim team)
    3. Registration for the pool - is required AHEAD of time - please bring your child's pool badge and insurance information.  Register for the pool at the Township Bldg. during normal business hours until May 20th.
  • Practice - children who are being registered at this late registration will not be able to participate at practice unless all of these requirements are met that day for safety and insurance.
  • Team swim suits - will be available for purchase that afternoon during practice times.  Team sweat suits will also be available for ordering on this date.

NO REFUNDS - TST FEES PAID BY CHECK ONLY.

  • YOUR CHILD MUST JOIN THE POOL BEFORE JOINING THE TEAM.
  • Pool registration will be held at the same time as TST registration
  • Swimmers must be able to swim one-length of the pool
  • New team suits for 2009.  Swim suit try-on will be at all 3 registrations.
  • You must order suits at registration to receive your suit by the first meet
  • There is a parent association fee of $15/first child, $5/each additional child, maximum $25/family.
All families must volunteer FOR ALL of the following (bring your calendars to sign-up at registration):

  • 4 regular meets
  • "A" Champs meet (hosted by TST this year)
  • 1 “Other” activity
  • TST Triathlon

OTHER NOTES:

 ü1 HOUR - Families should allow themselves 1 hour total to do signup, volunteering, and suit/sweat purchasing at registration

 üCHECKS – Please bring 5 to 6 checks as many of the fees must be paid for separately

 üINSURANCE INFORMATION -  Medical insurance information is required for registration

 üSUITS & SWEATS

oThe purchase of a team suit is optional, but strongly encouraged. 
o If your child will be purchasing a team swimsuit or sweat suit, these must be ordered at registration
     so it is recommended that your child accompany you to one of the sign-ups for proper sizing.
