This site is for all those who feel math is hard. I hope that I can change your mind. I feel that the first way to get over your mental block is to say to yourself, "Math is fun and useful. Math is not hard."  Okay now say it to yourself, even if you do not believe it...............I mean it. Say it out loud..."Math is fun and useful. Math is not hard.".....I did not hear you; say it louder!!..........."Math is fun and useful. Math is not hard.".....

Now I think that maybe you are starting to warm up, or you may think that this is a little crazy. Please use this site to navigate all the ways that math can be helpful to you. I hope that I will continue to help you become more familiar and less aprehensive about math.

Welcome all students, and  parents/guardians. My name is Maryanne Sarro. I am a seventh grade Mathematics teacher at Robert Moses Middle School in North Babylon, New York.  The intention of this site is to make learning math easier and FUN.

I have also provided many of the links that I find helpful as a math teacher. I have always been told, why reinvent the wheel. If it is out there then use it.
