Fair Trade TouchNature is a fair trade company, though we are not registered with IFAT, we have been audited by several organizations who are registered with IFAT. We are partners and producers of several IFAT registered organization in European countries since 2003. Please look at our customer list under "Contact Us". We provide a good and safe working environment for our workers and their children. We provide on site child care facility for the children of our workers. We keep good and transparent accounts. We also do not practise child labour in our factory.  Quality Product We take great pride in making quality product. Ingredients are carefully selected and recipe well formulated. We have instilled the importance of quality control to our workers and they are trained to adhere to standards. Our employees have learned to understand what overseas customers are looking for. This understanding will help the continuity of this social venture.  Quality Service We thrive to be fast and efficient in sales enquiry and order processing. We are good in meeting dead lines.
