Your choices are your truth
What can you truly know? Not much. Everything is contextual - everything is questionable. What when you make a decision? "I choose to do this." That - that decision - while it is in your awareness and your intention, you know it to be true; you know it to be true because it is in your realm to create it as such; and that is creative power. In this sense, the decisions you make are perhaps the most tangible and immediate truths that you have access to in any given moment.

It's OK to be inconsistent
I can call on an inherent right to be inconsistent when I am aware of it, and when consistency would lead to unhealth. There are times where being inconsistent can save me a lot of grief later on - especially if it means setting a new precedent for my actions.

It's okay to make the best of things
It's easy to insist on perfection in meeting your ideals. But your ideals are ideals for a reason - they're not easy to meet and you often can't afford the inflexibility of stubbornly insisting on them. It takes a lot of emotional strength and clarity of focus to be able to accept imperfect circumstances as they are and work with them; your current circumstances are the only clay you have to work with. Don't slight it.
