(Craig says - I just got a DVD that I dont think many fans know about. Its called Kid Creole and the Coconuts in Paris. It is the La Zenith gig from September 10, 1985. Cool thing is that the parts that were left out of the old VHS Leisure Tour release like "Stool Pigeon" and "Say Hey" are included in the proper sequence. The sound leaves a bit to be desired but the picture is decent. It also has a biography, discography, and a photo gallery - all of which are pretty low budget but I only paid about 14 bucks for it so it is a steal. It is on K-Tel)

(Ed says - I've seen this concert video several times and can highly recommend it. The film was shot during a mid -1980's concert in Paris. Kid Creole and the Coconuts are at their best. The full band is there, including Coati Mundi. Video quality is good, sound quality is excellent. High points include "Table Manners," "Annie, I'm Not Your Daddy," and "Mister Softee." This film captures the energy, creativity, and excellent musicianship of this sensational band. As one who has seen this band perform live many times over the last 15 years, I can honestly state that this film is a true representation of a live show. Some of the band members have changed, but the Kid is as good as ever! It's too bad that Coati Mundi's songs were edited out of the finished product. Try this film, you'll love it!)

(Darren says - There is another video from the 'Doppelganger' era, shot live at the Wembley Arena in the UK. I've only ever seen it on TV once a couple of years ago, but I'm certain it has been released on video 'cos it was a Mike Mansfield production from way back. I only got to see the last half but it was superb.)
