Tony Hillerman MS

Health Office
Dear Parents/Guardians of 6th grade students

All 6th grade students need to submit the Department of Health
vaccine requirements now.  The vaccine most in need will be the Tdap vaccine. If you provide the Health Office a copy of your students’ up to date vaccine record they will receive a Thunder Clap.
Please do not have you or any of your family standing in long lines next year to enroll your student. Any student not in compliance will have their enrollment packet pulled and kept by the Health Office.
All schools in New Mexico and most of the United States are required to follow the Department of Health Vaccine requirements.
Call the Health Office if you have any questions.
792-0698 ext. 37565 or 37566

Thank you for your help.
