Public Consultation - Development of land on a site in Ash Green Lane West adjacent to Manor Road

Taylor Wimpey will hold a Public Exhibition at the Tongham Community Centre, Poyle Road, on Friday, 24th February from 2pm to 8pm outlining their plans to build between 50 and 65 houses on a site in Ash Green Lane West adjacent to Manor Road.

Public Consultation - Development of land south of Ash Lodge Drive

There will be a Public Consultation event regarding the proposed development on land south of Ash Lodge Drive, Ash.  The proposed development by Bewley Homes and A2Dominion could comprise of:

 

  • Up to 450 new homes, including affordable housing
  • New community facilities
  • New play and sports facilities
  • New public open space and footopath/cycle routes
  • Enhancements to wildlife habitats

 

The consultation event will take place on Friday 11th November from 3-8pm at the Tongham Community & Sports Centre, Tongham Recreation Ground, Poyle Road, Tongham, GU10 1DU.
