I got my Ph.D. from the university of Milano-Bicocca, Dipartimento di Matematica e Applicazioni. My Ph.D. supervisor is Prof. Th.S. Weigel.

Later, I had a postdoctoral position at the School of Mathematics and Statistics of the University of Sydney, Australia, on J.Parkinson's ARC project "The geometry and combinatorics of loop groups". Later, I spent three semesters teaching. At present I work as a consultant/analyst in finance.
