2:56 PM                Novice-SRA Retreat

4:30 PM                 Varsity Unofficial Warm-up

5:50 PM                 VARSITY 2011 SHOW DEBUT!!!

9:42 PM                SAAA-World Retreat

10:45 PM               Depart from Dawson HS

 11:45 PM             Approximate Return to THS

Please remember everything you need for your uniform as we will travel in uniform this week, including your red guard shirt, guard or lettermens jacket, and blue jeans (no holes)

Each student must have a partner when walking around the show site or when in the stands watching shows.

You must wear shoes at all times except when performing 

 

Please remember that you represent your school, band, and family every time we are in public.  Be sure to control your actions and words thusly.

 

All students are expected to stay until the contest is over.  All extenuating circumstances must be cleared with Mr. Cortes prior to show day. If you are leaving the show with your parents, you must CHECK OUT WITH MR. CORTES.  This means that he sees you with your parents before you leave.

7:00PM                 Meet in full uniform in parking lot

7:15PM                 Move to Warm Up Area B

7:30PM                 Warm Up

8:00PM                 Move to stadium

8:15PM                 Performance

8:30PM                 Watch SHSU Performance

8:45PM                 Load

9:30PM                 Depart

10:30PM               Approximate arrival in Tomball                              

  • Please remember everything you need for your uniform, including black socks, band shoes, shirt, shako box, water jug etc.
  •  Invite your family and friends to come watch you perform.
  • We will travel in our marching pants.
  • Just because we get in late Tuesday does not mean you are excused from school or rehearsal on Wednesday
**Please be a good audience while we are watching bands perform.  Do not enter or leave the stands while a band is on the field.  Do not talk during a performance.  Do not make ANY negative comments about any band!
