4-H Special Participation Awards

Special participation awards will be given to the top four 4-H exhibitors who have the greatest number of entries in departments 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13. You must tell the person at the information desk upon entering your items that you are a 4-H member! Rules: 1. Any registered 4-H member in Jefferson County is eligible for competition. 2. All entries must be quality entries. 3. The top four 4-H exhibitors will be recognized with additional premiums and must consent to having their picture taken and placed in the U.T. Jeffferson County Agricultural Extension Service's website, the Standard Banner newspaper, and other media outlets. 4. All entries must have been made by the exhibitor. 5. All entries must not have been entered in a previous Jefferson County Fair. Awards: 1st place $100.00, 2nd place $75.00, 3rd place $50.00 and 4th place $25.00
