Rochelle and I moved to Virginia together to pursue our teaching careers.
We taught at the same elementary school and had a lot of fun. During our first year, we wore bee and pirate costumes to celebrate Halloween with our students! | Here I am with my husband, Matt.
I grew up in a small town called Greenville, Pennsylvania. I later went to college at Penn State University. There, I majored in Elementary Education and minored in Psychology. After graduating, I became a teacher's aide in a first grade classroom. In 2002, I moved down to Spotsylvania, Virginia, to work as an elementary teacher. This will be my seventh year teaching fourth grade students. I really enjoy teaching VA History and Math.

Lately I have really enjoyed getting my home ready for my first baby that will be born this October. My husband and I can hardly wait to meet our little boy! My baby's 20 week ultrasound picture. |
