If you are in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC, we'd be pleased to demonstrate our product for you. The Demo DVD contains the full version 12.2 release of Slackware Linux. You may acquire the source code here. The Open Office Office Productivity Suite is included (version 3.0.1). The Demo DVD is fully functional as a a full-blown operating system. Just boot from the DVD, wait a while, and you will have a running Linux installation. This will run exactly as would a brand-new Slackware 12.2 installation at first boot. Standard USB "flash drives" or "key drives" can be used for read-write needs and for non-volatile data storage. Platforms Our Demo DVD will run on 32-bit Intel (Pentium 4, Celeron, etc.) PCs. It will also run on Intel-chip Apple Macintosh machines, though for now it does not have a driver for the wireless interface. Standard Features The operating system runs entirely from Read-Only media and so it cannot be infected by computer virus or worms. All of the standard and expected functions and services of a full-blown Linux OS installation are available, although some are left inactive as a safe default. Sendmail and POP3 servers are included, as is the Apache webserver, PHP5, MySQL, and the usual myriad of native UNIX-style commands and applications. The Desktop and Graphic User Interface are the widely accepted and very useful K Desktop Environment tools and system. Special Features available from TJH Internet SP We hold US Patent 7,464,403 and can offer a variety of solutions to add IPSEC (internet protocol security) and Virtual Private Networking (VPN), as well as Kerberos authentication and authorization. Our patent controls the ability to rapidly generate a series of CD or DVD read-only media which boot with preconfigured IP addresses, preconfigured "unique internet host identity", preconfigured IPSEC parameters and preconfigured Kerberos parameters. Soon, we will offer our "secure mobile office operating system fleet-in-a-box". This might come in the form of 253 DVDs each with a unique internet identity and private network addresses preconfigured, and 3 DVDs each configured identically as a Kerberos Data Center and VPN-to-InterNet bridge and proxy server. |
