* Please see the "Buy a Private Table" tab for certain restrictions that apply and for more information! When registering, use only the bottom "private table" portion of the form. Step 3:
Fill out ALL of the information on the form! Make sure to provide a legible and accurate primary email account as this is our means of communication and the method of receiving your printable Gala tickets. Make all cheques payable to Titans Water Polo and include on the memo: "Titans 25th Anniversary Gala".
Send your registration in BEFORE the deadline of the 20th of September, 2009 at midnight.
You will receive an email confirmation within 3-5 working days - and your printable ticket(s)
Step 4:
When you receive your tickets, please print them out and divide them (cut apart) so each person has their invidual ticket. This will help us greatly at the event! Remember, you must each bring your ticket, which contains your unique registration number, to gain access at the door. (If you do not receive an email confirmation with ticket(s) within the time period specified, please contact us immediately!)
After the registration deadline, we cannot guarantee spots available, although some may remain. Any additional seats that remain will be posted on the website homepage. Regretfully, we cannot accept cash, or cheque or credit card at the door.
