Should I consider buying a private table?

 

·         Do you have at least 6-10 people you are registering?

 

·         Are there numerous friends and/or family you wish to have sitting together?

 

·         Would you like to invite some prominent members of the community, municipality or province to this event?

 

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then consider buying a private table!

A private table is a great way to celebrate one's close connections at work, with friends, amongst family and even special guests. All will enjoy the comfort of reserved seating with a private table experience throughout the evening. If you are considering inviting a key personality, a private table can also increase awareness and prestige from the local or provincial community to amateur sports associations like the Ottawa Titans club.

 

What are the restrictions for buying a private table? 

1.      To buy a private table you must purchase ALL of the 10 seats at that table.  In other words, you must purchase 10 tickets. Any tickets that you purchase (in which a person will NOT be filling the seat) – is automatically the standard adult price of $80.00. This incurs the cost of any adult who would have otherwise attended. The maximum number of seats per table is ten.

 

2.       We require that there be a minimum of 6 people in attendance for a private table – as the main objective of this event is to allow as many members of the Titans and extended community to take part in this celebrateion. Help us provide as a large turn-out as possible by please filling the seats if you are buying a private table!

 
How do I buy a private table?
1.        On the registration form, fill in the "Registration (Group) Private Table" option on the bottom portion only, and include your name and the names of those at your table. (10 spaces are provided on the form for the maximum # per table).
 
2.       Please indicate whether you are choosing to bring a prominent or significant member of the community, municipality or province with you – providing their name and position (if possible). We will acknowledge this individual, unless you specify they do not wish to be aknowledged.
 
3.       Submit the form(s) and cheque(s) by mail.
 

4.       You will receive a confirmation of registration for your reserved private table by email. The ticket(s) (with ticket #) will be emailed to your email address. NOTE: Make sure your email address is legible and correct!
