ERC-funded Research Fellow, University of Bristol
I am a biologist studying the evolution of animal behaviour, using a combination of theory and simple experiments.
I am
currently at the University of Bristol in the UK, based in the Modelling Animal Decisions (MAD) group.
My current research centres on four main topics:
- Decision making: How is behaviour constrained
by the evolved mechanisms underlying it?
- Mate choice: How do animals choose mates
in an uncertain environment?
- Aggression: How do animals resolve conflicts
in an uncertain environment?
- Sex ratios: What is the interplay between
sexual selection and sex allocation?
You can find out more about my research here.
