I'm currently working at Amazon.com on Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA), an innovative service that empowers 3rd-party merchants with Amazon's storage and fulfillment capabilities for reduced operation burden and increased competitiveness.

I graduated in 2009 from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My Ph.D. adviser is Prof. ChengXiang Zhai and my thesis topic is A Study of Language Models for Exploiting User Feedback in Information Retrieval.
